WhatsApp is reportedly working on a new feature to help the users identify spam and forwarded messages. The feature seen in the latest beta version will show "Forwarded Message" if the post has been forwarded from another chat or from the same chat. The feature is disabled by default. This will help the users identify and weed out spam and forwarded messages with greater ease.
