Following a PIL filed by one Saravanakumar, the Madras High Court has reportedly sent notices to Union Telecom Ministry and TRAI. According to the petitioner, people faced great difficulty in availing even government schemes like LPG connections and to perform bank transactions as they could not receive OTPs.
