Mother, daughter cheat 130 people of Rs 5 crore

Police on Monday reportedly arrested a 53-year-old woman and her 32-year-old daughter in Mumbai for allegedly duping around 130 people of Rs 5 crore. Police reportedly said the duo would take money by promising government flats to people affected by railway's land expansion and Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority's road widening projects.
