According to reports, stylish beards have been banned by the Sulemani Hairdressers Association in Peshawar, Pakistan. The decision was made as having different beard styles is against Islamic teachings. The president of Sulemani Hairdressers Association, Sharif Kahlu claimed that the decision was theirs solely and that they were not pressured by any militant organisation.
