Ola and Uber drivers in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and other big cities have begun an indefinite strike against low payments by the app-based taxi aggregators. Nearly 1.5 million drivers on this app-based cab services have decided to stay off roads until their demands are met. The strike would largely affect commuters who depend on Ola and Uber to go to work every day.
